Introduction to Nature: A Riverbend Gathering Guide
This guide offers 20 weekly themes to introduce children to nature through a short song, five activities, and a reading list per theme. It is geared toward ages 2-5 but can be used for older children as well. During my time running a full-time outdoor preschool, I collected hands-on learning activities (not crafts) that the kids enjoyed. The activities are easy to set up and require items most preschools or homeschool settings have on hand.
